I started Mark Donaldson Realty in 2007 after working for national real estate companies starting in 1987.  I wanted the flexibility of owning my own real estate company with the ability to adapt to my clients needs.

At Mark Donaldson Realty, I believe in giving back to my community. I am a proud supporter of Heide Trask High School Athletics.  I am also active in my church.  I have held various leadership callings and I am currently the ward mission leader in the Leland Ward, Wilmington NC Stake.
